Unlocking the Dodecahedron Fusion
Fusing Izanagi-no-Okami is exclusively available during New Game Plus playthroughs after reaching the True Ending path in a previous run. The Velvet Room attendant Igor unveils the special 12-Persona fusion recipe once the protagonist reaches level 91. Players must ensure they have maxed out the necessary Social Links and unlocked every prerequisite Persona before attempting the ritual.
Required Persona Components for Fusion
The fusion recipe demands twelve specific Personas spanning various Arcanas to represent the journey throughout the game. The list includes initial entities like Izanagi, along with key Personas such as Magatsu-Izanagi, Kohryu, and Alice. Managing the summon costs for all twelve components requires substantial Yen savings in the player's inventory.

Izanagi-no-Okami boasts an exceptional skill set anchored by Myriad Truths, an almighty attack that deals massive damage to all foes. The Persona also gains Victory Cry, fully restoring HP and SP after every successful combat encounter. Furthermore, its inherent resistance profile neutralizes most elemental threats, making it an incredible asset in battle.
Strategic Value in Endgame Content
